Description

You will lead and manage the Carrier Operations team, overseeing carrier relationships, call routing, compliance, and performance for outbound voice traffic. This role combines day-to-day operations with long-term strategic planning to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant outbound calling for a fast-growing SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telecom routing
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom environments
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic planning
• Experience with outbound contact center operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Carrier Operations team, set goals, and foster a culture of accountability
• Build and maintain carrier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAs
• Oversee call routing strategies, carrier selection, and load balancing to maximize completion rates and reduce costs
• Ensure outbound calling complies with FCC, TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN regulations
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Customer Success to support product initiatives
