🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and design scalable backend systems in AWS
• Contribute hands-on to coding, design reviews, and performance tuning
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive engineering guardrails
• Design APIs and microservices using REST and event-driven patterns

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership as Tech Lead or Manager
• 5+ years with Golang or Java
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud-native architectures and services

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Exposure to event-driven systems and distributed system challenges
