🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop daily production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to prioritize work and meet targets.
• Support customer orders, quoting, and communication.
• Maintain ERP system data and monitor schedule performance.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of production scheduling or planning experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and order flow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Experience in custom or engineered-to-order environment.
• ERP system implementation or optimization experience.
