🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner across teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Create intuitive interfaces for non-technical users
• Set technical standards for AI/LLM development
• Design and build internal AI agent platform from scratch
• Develop AI agents automating workflows across functions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building internal tools or developer-facing products
• Strong proficiency in Typescript and API design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures in production

• Ability to partner with business leads to decode operational needs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with AI safety and security considerations
