You'll join Omnea as a bridge between Product and Customer teams, aligning our AI-native procurement platform with enterprise needs. You'll troubleshoot integrations and shape product development through customer insights. This role lets you scale with a fast-growing startup trusted by Spotify and MongoDB.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Help customer team digest requirements and overcome technical barriers
• Create solutions for sophisticated demos with the commercial team
• Manage prioritization and delivery of engineering support tickets
• Collaborate with Product team to share feedback and shape roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a performance-driven environment
• Strong technical foundation with coding knowledge
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated top performance in previous endeavors

• Experience in procurement or enterprise SaaS
• Background in engineering or applied physics/math
