Description

You will be responsible for CAD-related topics in the Production Engineering team, ensuring readiness for production of parts and assemblies. You'll design jigs, fixtures, and Ground Support Equipment, collaborate with stakeholders, and support manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or apprenticeship with 5+ years experience
• Strong practical experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX)
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods (milling, turning, carbon fiber, etc.)
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Experience in work preparation

Responsibilities

• Check models, assemblies, and manufacturing methods for production feasibility
• Collaborate with manufacturing experts to ensure technical feasibility and quality
• Design components per internal manufacturing constraints and standards
• Design equipment like cleaning fixtures and Ground Support Equipment (jigs)
• Create manufacturing Bill of Material and Bill of Process
