Description

You will lead technical efforts to build reliable and maintainable applications and interfaces that make interacting with the health care system easier for members and providers. You'll plan and execute complex projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers and designers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables
• 5+ years leading technical contributions and improving code quality
• 5+ years applying CS concepts within team
• 5+ years leading technical teams including mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on business and technical domains
• Lead planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects across multiple teams
• Work with partners, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems
• Lead and mentor engineers to improve technology and set team direction
• Guide development of Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) for systems
