💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with adults with developmental disabilities, providing person-centered instruction to build daily living skills and promote community integration. You'll implement evidence-based strategies like ABA to teach coping skills and manage behavioral needs. This role offers Monday through Friday day hours with paid training and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered instruction for daily living and soft skills.
• Implement evidence-based strategies to teach coping skills and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure client safety across home, vehicle, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and incidents.

📋 Requirements

• Experience or willingness to learn behavioral intervention techniques.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to undergo state and federal background check.
• CPR certification and recent TB test (can be obtained after hire).
