💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end development of an AI platform enabling scalable, trusted AI capabilities across a complex product ecosystem. You'll blend hands-on product execution with strategic platform ownership, prototyping and validating ideas in a fast-paced agile environment. This role offers the chance to define how AI is safely deployed at scale in enterprise-grade use cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive day-to-day execution of the AI platform roadmap with engineering teams
• Build and iterate on rapid prototypes, running experiments to validate hypotheses
• Partner with engineering to design, test, and improve AI features throughout lifecycle
• Define and track success metrics for AI systems, including observability and performance monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in agile engineering environments
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production
• Hands-on experience owning AI features end-to-end, including post-launch iteration
• Experience working with agentic or multi-agent systems in production settings
