You'll own and elevate M3's visual presence across all marketing touchpoints as a high-impact individual contributor. You will drive brand execution and sales enablement, transitioning from external agencies to in-house ownership. This role offers the autonomy to build design systems from scratch in a B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design sales collateral like pitch decks and case studies
• Create brand assets for email, social, and landing pages
• Build reusable templates and design systems
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience in marketing and brand
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing collateral
• Ability to work independently as a solo designer

• Experience working with or replacing external agencies
• Exposure to SaaS product environments
• Basic familiarity with UI design
