💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate end-to-end data lifecycle for ML models, driving data curation and labeling policy for autonomous driving. You'll own cross-functional programs that deliver high-quality data to power the Waymo Driver. This role turns ambiguous ML needs into scalable solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ML data lifecycle from mining to evaluation.
• Develop sophisticated labeling policies for complex AV domains.
• Design ML evaluation frameworks and data-centric metrics.
• Influence ML data selection strategies for maximal ROI.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Deep understanding of the ML data lifecycle.
• Experience with ML Data Flywheel and ML development lifecycle.
• Background in managing complex programs for ML data annotation or HITL.

• Experience with scripting language and ML tools (prompt engineering, LLMs).
• Ability to extract and apply ML techniques to high-volume product data.
• Experience working with engineering stakeholders to gather requirements.
