You'll lead technical design and delivery of new banking experiences on the Cash App Banking server team, driving architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements to make systems more robust and scalable. Your work will create significant impact at scale and fundamentally change the consumer banking landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope and build new features
• Lead technical, design, and product discussions across teams
• Design systems within microservice and event-driven architectures
• Coach and mentor teammates to grow their technical breadth

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience
• 1+ years leading large scale features with planning and execution
• Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar languages
