💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric clients in Nassau County and Northern Jacksonville. • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

📋 Requirements

• A current FL Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
