🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates from online channels
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

📋 Requirements

• Recruiting experience for IT and technical roles
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting non-IT roles
• Knowledge of Polish and/or European IT job market
• Experience in a fast-growing tech startup
