You'll inform product strategy across the loan application lifecycle at Lendbuzz, a fintech expanding globally. You'll turn product metrics into actionable recommendations that drive growth and enhance user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses on user pain points and product usage
• Design and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools
• Track success of product launches and A/B experiments
• Identify trends and conversion opportunities in loan origination process

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data/product analysis
• SQL expertise with CTEs and window functions
• Proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
• Product analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel

• Experience with DBT
• Basic knowledge of Python and Git
• Strong data experimentation background
