You'll lead a local IT support team providing Tier II desktop support for a government customer in Quantico, VA. You'll ensure efficient incident resolution and maintain critical communication systems for the organization's global network operations mission.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of the local IT support team
- Provide Tier II support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and image computers using client-provided image
- Document and track service requests via Remedy ticketing system
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of desktop support experience
- Experience with Windows 11 installation and troubleshooting
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
- Experience with Mobile Device setup and troubleshooting
โจ Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or greater)
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Administrator Associate (MCA)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
