You'll lead a local IT support team providing Tier II desktop support for a government customer in Quantico, VA. You'll ensure efficient incident resolution and maintain critical communication systems for the organization's global network operations mission.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations of the local IT support team
  • Provide Tier II support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and image computers using client-provided image
  • Document and track service requests via Remedy ticketing system

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of desktop support experience
  • Experience with Windows 11 installation and troubleshooting
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
  • Experience with Mobile Device setup and troubleshooting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or greater)
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Administrator Associate (MCA)
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
