💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal support for Coupang's international legal initiatives, including the AI cloud computing service Coupang Intelligent Cloud. You'll lead technology and commercial transactions, providing actionable advice under urgent deadlines. This role offers the chance to build third-party legal risk management frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial contracts in English and Korean
• Provide legal advice on cloud services and AI development issues
• Develop and implement third-party legal risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with internal teams across Korea and the U.S.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the U.S., Korea or common law jurisdiction with 6+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements across supply chain, enterprise hardware, and cloud services
• Experience providing legal support for tech product development (AI/IT)
• Bilingual Korean/English language ability with full professional fluency in English
