💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and roadmap for DroneDeploy's enterprise growth team, focusing on how large customers adopt and expand through product-led experiences. You'll drive revenue by optimizing self-serve expansion, in-product upsell, and executive engagement, directly impacting enterprise deal sizes and daily habit formation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise growth strategy across trials, self-serve flows, and expansion playbooks.
• Design and optimize product-led growth loops for activation and expansion in largest accounts.
• Lead security and permissions initiatives with Platform and Security Engineering.
• Define and launch executive overview surfaces for project health and contract consumption.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS with growth or enterprise expansion.
• Demonstrated success designing product-led growth loops (trials, activation, upsell) tied to revenue.
• Proven experience leveraging AI/ML in product work and using AI tools for faster execution.
• Experience with product analytics and BI tools like Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, and Salesforce.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in construction tech, geospatial, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise security systems (SSO, SCIM, role-based access).
• Experience mentoring junior PMs and shaping product rituals.
