Your role includes assisting with daily living tasks, promoting choice and decision-making, and ensuring a safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and safety to elders
• Present elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engage in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
• Assist elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks
