You'll own the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs at MongoDB, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive engineering programs forward and maximize business value delivery
• Develop strategic program management balancing agility and process
• Build strategic partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering leading complex technical programs
• 5+ years software development background
• Ability to break down engineering challenges and summarize trade-offs
• Experience with project tracking software (e.g. Jira, Rally, MS Project)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to generative AI and Machine Learning
• Interest in business automation (Python, Google Apps Script, Slack)
• Familiarity with code analysis, refactoring, and automated testing
