Description

You will help build the operating systems behind a high-performing Legal team, leveraging technology and AI to create leverage and scale with the business. You'll own the Ironclad CLM program, improve contract processes, and track metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or adjacent operational roles
• Hands-on experience with legal technology (CLM tools like Ironclad, JIRA, AI tools)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with systems, dashboards, and metrics
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools for contract review, drafting, and workflow support
• Own Ironclad CLM end-to-end: workflows, templates, clause logic, automation, and self-service
• Partner with Sales and Procurement to streamline contracting and improve deal speed
• Build and maintain Legal's knowledge base: templates, playbooks, guidance, and self-service materials
• Own Legal reporting and metrics: dashboards, KPIs, cycle times, deal velocity, and volume trends
