💼 About This Role

You'll own the narrative for Norm Ai's platform applied to legal & compliance workflows, working with Engineering and Product to translate technical capabilities into frameworks. You'll partner with GTM teams to package bespoke, high-value solutions for Fortune 500 clients, driving platform messaging and go-to-market execution for AI-powered enterprise software.

• Develop unified platform narrative and positioning frameworks
• Drive go-to-market plans for new platform capabilities
• Collaborate with GTM to tailor solutions for enterprise clients
• Build internal enablement playbooks and training sessions

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise Product Marketing experience at high-growth SaaS or AI companies
• Fluent in AI concepts (agents, LLMs, orchestration)
• Experience with high-ACV multi-threaded enterprise deals
• Data-driven with go-to-market asset creation that closed deals

✨ Nice to Have

• Marketing experience with horizontal/vertical AI platforms or dev-tool ecosystems
• Background in AI or regulated industries (LegalTech, FinTech)
• Experience in consulting or investment banking
