You'll prepare and coordinate budgetary and bid level estimates for liquid storage tank projects. You'll review bid documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and collaborate with the Estimating team. This role is vital to project planning and offers growth in construction estimation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review project bid documents and identify risks.
• Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs for estimates.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor participation.
• Assist in preparing proposal letters and schedules.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1+ year of professional experience in construction or related industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and estimating programs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in municipal or consulting industry.
• Familiarity with scheduling software.
