You'll lead digital advertising campaigns for nonprofit clients advancing justice and sustainability. You'll manage ad implementation across social, search, display, and video channels, optimizing performance and driving donor acquisition.

  • Evaluate and improve ad campaign setup quality across main channels
  • Interpret performance trends and recommend tactical adjustments
  • Manage task dependencies and ensure workflow progression
  • Facilitate client discussions with clarity and preparation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital advertising experience
  • Proficiency in programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search
  • Experience trafficking ads in Google Campaign Manager or comparable ad server
  • Experience in demand-side platforms such as Display & Video 360, Viant, or The Trade Desk

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Agency experience
  • Nonprofit or political campaign experience
  • Basic understanding of pixels and pixel management
