You'll own Workday integrations end-to-end, driving reliable data flow and scalable system design. You'll elevate architecture standards while bridging technical and business stakeholders. You'll enable AI-driven insights and high-quality user experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and test Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, and APIs
• Monitor integrations and resolve data discrepancies
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability and cost efficiency
• Implement automation and AI-enabled data quality solutions

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Workday integrations including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
• Experience integrating Workday with systems like ADP, Okta, or Netsuite
• Knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HR data governance
• Exposure to Python, dbt, or modern data platforms
• 2+ years with a Workday implementation partner
