💼 About This Role

You'll provide home-based physical therapy to help clients regain independence. You'll perform assessments and create treatment plans, with support from a mission-driven team. New grads are welcomed with structured mentorship and gradual caseload ramp-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Document care using the EMR system

📋 Requirements

• Current Arizona PT license or eligibility
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
