- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions
- Build scalable sales processes and playbooks
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading Account Executives in B2B sales
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving results through others
- Ability to coach through complex sales cycles and strategic account planning
- Fully proficient in French and English
