You'll be the brand representative on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through service. You'll create meaningful connections with customers and contribute to a welcoming store culture. This role focuses primarily on customer experience with limited operational tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling
• Execute store operations tasks like stock replenishment

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders
