Description

In this role, you will manage a large book of customers, driving retention and growth by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed with Smartly's social advertising platform. You'll train customers, drive feature adoption, and work cross-functionally to maximize renewals and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant experience in customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.)
  • Proactive problem-solving with a strong desire to help customers
  • Results-driven with ability to meet commercial targets
  • Professional English and Spanish fluency; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster strong relationships with a large book of customers
  • Act as main point of contact for training and product support
  • Drive feature adoption and customer outcomes leading to renewals and expansion
  • Meet commercial targets and productivity goals
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering
