📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Operations analytics or related field.
• Deep understanding of Operations processes and systems (planning, manufacturing, execution).
• Strong experience with SAP and IBP.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience in medical devices, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with MES, master data management, and production analytics.
