💼 About This Role
You'll lead the Key Account sales team at Skello, a HR tech platform for frontline teams. You'll drive growth by winning new logos and expanding existing accounts for major clients like Starbucks and Carrefour. Directly reporting to the CEO, this role is central to our growth trajectory.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop commercial strategy for Key Accounts
- Track sales performance and identify improvement areas
- Negotiate with strategic accounts
- Coach a team of ~10 salespeople
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in sales leadership with enterprise segment results
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of SaaS HR sector
