💼 About This Role

You'll lead publishing licensing negotiations and shape Spotify's U.S. music creator strategy. Your work directly impacts how artists monetize their music on a global platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiations for U.S. publishing licensing agreements
• Structure and evaluate digital licensing deals
• Analyze deal economics and build financial models
• Develop licensor communications and internal playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in music publishing and digital licensing
• Deep understanding of Section 115 and statutory licensing
• Experience leading commercial licensing negotiations
• Strong analytical skills and deal evaluation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MLC framework
• Cross-functional work with Legal, Royalty, Finance
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in licensing
