Consultant/Engineer - PRA and PSA

Description

You will partner with global leaders in the nuclear industry on projects that influence risk and reliability, plant safety, and regulatory decision-making. You'll conduct PRA analyses, develop risk models, and support licensing strategies for next-generation nuclear technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent PRA-related experience
  • Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to nuclear safety
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Preferred: 5+ years PRA experience (10+ for senior), hands-on PRA experience, NRC risk-informed processes familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Conduct PRA analyses, calculations, and risk-informed engineering evaluations
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, innovative solutions
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor and support early-career engineers
  • Advise and interpret new and advanced nuclear regulations, methods, and approaches
