Description

You will lead financial planning and analysis, transitioning the finance team into a value-driving engine. You'll oversee high-precision modeling, cash flow integrity, and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, ideally in high-growth DTC or e-commerce
• Mastery of Excel and ability to audit complex models
• Ability to bridge data with executive-level strategy and provide actionable insights
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to challenge senior leadership on budget variances

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive overhaul of demand and operating models for predictive accuracy and SKU-level forecasting
• Architect and maintain a 3-month weekly cash model for liquidity and working capital planning
• Co-lead Monthly Business Reviews with ELT, providing company-wide overview vs Plan and Previous Year
• Partner with Merchandising to manage 12-month buy calendar and challenge buy requests based on YoY growth assumptions
• Conduct monthly deep-dives with ELT to audit OpEx, Marketing, and Merchandising budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
