💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day regulatory compliance execution for a high-profile portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage systems in California. You'll ensure adherence to NERC, FERC, CAISO, and CPUC requirements while supporting core asset management functions like performance monitoring and financial analysis. This role offers the chance to build scalable compliance tooling and processes in a growing renewable energy firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track and manage regulatory obligations, filings, and evidence for PV/BESS assets.
• Develop and maintain a compliance tracking platform with calendars and audit trails.
• Monitor asset KPIs and support root-cause analysis for performance anomalies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for management and investors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy, finance, or related field.
• 2–5+ years experience in renewable energy, asset management, or compliance/regulatory affairs.
• Demonstrated experience owning a compliance workflow in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of NERC/FERC and preferably WECC/CAISO/CPUC frameworks.

• Experience with utility-scale PV/BESS systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with asset management software like Yardi or 3E SynaptiQ.
