• Coordinate daily deployments between Field Agents and Piloting teams
• Monitor live operations and resolve real-time issues
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Open or close depots according to shift schedule
• Track and report key operational metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
