Description

You will lead all aspects of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Your role involves responding to tenant needs, managing staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring property performance aligns with client and company requirements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of commercial, retail, or industrial property management experience
• Real Estate License where required; CPM or RPA preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel required)
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin preferred
• Advanced financial knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs
• Lead team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
