In this role, you will own the full marketing journey for Delight.ai's AI-powered customer experience platform—from customer insights and product positioning to storytelling and distribution. You'll work across traditional silos, using AI tools to move fast and punch above your weight, shaping narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product or customer marketing
• Hands-on use of AI creative and automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Ability to work across traditional marketing silos as a generalist
• Strong storytelling and synthesis skills
• Customer-centric mindset with enterprise software focus

Responsibilities

• Own customer research, positioning, and messaging for AI-powered CX product
• Develop customer case studies and storytelling assets
• Drive go-to-market strategy and content sales enablement
• Create AI-accelerated marketing workflows and content production
• Manage full-stack execution from insight to asset to distribution
