💼 About This Role

You'll own landing page, ad, and ecommerce designs for a fast-growing telehealth company. You'll turn wireframes into pixel-perfect Figma designs that build trust in our healthcare brands. This is your chance to be the first digital designer in our UK Growth Marketing team, with coaching from our Australian team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn briefs or lo-fi wireframes into hi-fi Figma designs
• Design and optimize landing pages, ecommerce shopfronts, and ads
• Edit images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite
• Contribute to and maintain brand design systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar digital design role
• Expertise with Figma and standard digital design tools
• Strong portfolio showing digital design breadth
• Experience in landing page and/or performance marketing design

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify
• Experience in health and wellbeing sector
• Experience working at a startup
