Description

You will lead the software engineering organization at CoLab, driving product development, operations, and technical support. Partner with product and design to ship great software faster, work directly with customers, and shape company strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a software developer on large-scale SaaS systems
• Experience with modern cloud tech stacks: React, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, with experience managing managers
• Proven ability to scale teams and processes during high growth
• Experience supporting customer conversations and technical sales

Responsibilities

• Lead Software Engineering within Product Development org
• Guide and grow teams to improve quality, development speed and confidence
• Partner with Product to drive roadmap planning, resource allocation, feasibility tradeoffs
• Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO) through mature SDLC
• Set and manage operating metrics (uptime, velocity, quality, cost) driving business value
