💼 About This Role

You'll lead the analytics strategy that shapes product decisions, growth, and customer outcomes on a financial wellness platform. You'll build and mentor a team of product analysts while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to define success metrics and embed data-driven decision making across the product lifecycle. This role offers the chance to drive impact in a fast-paced fintech startup backed by Khosla Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the product analytics strategy and measurement frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product analysts.
• Monitor core product KPIs: activation, engagement, retention, funnel performance.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years experience in product analytics or data science.
• 3-5+ years experience leading analytics teams.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Lending and/or finance experience.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, dbt).
• Experience in high-growth environments.
