You will serve as the primary client-facing data science lead for commercial analytics and Revenue Growth Management engagements. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data science solutions, guide offshore teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Combine hands-on modeling expertise with client leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of overall experience
• 3+ years in consulting or client-facing analytics roles
• 3+ years of experience in CPG or adjacent commercial analytics environments
• Strong foundation in ML and statistical concepts
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine analytics ML models and tools (e.g., Price Elasticity, iPPA diagnostics, Portfolio Simulators, TPO, TPM) to support strategic RGM decisions
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and develop scalable proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development of RGM models and translate outcomes to business stakeholders
• Lead client workshops to solve ambiguous business problems through data analytics and AI
• Mentor team members and develop repeatable analytic approaches
