💼 About This Role

You'll lead project delivery for robotic systems across Europe, building and mentoring a team of project managers. Your core impact will be overseeing the deployment of the Cortex 2.0 brain across single-arm, dual-arm, and mobile manipulation platforms. This role stands out for its combination of technical depth in robotics and strategic leadership with board-level influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of project and program managers.
• Define delivery methodology and performance standards for program management.
• Oversee full lifecycle of robotics programs from feasibility to post-launch support.
• Serve as senior point of contact between clients, leadership, and technical teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project delivery in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• English at C2 level and German at B2 level or higher.
• Deep understanding of robotics technologies and AI-driven automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling delivery functions at a robotics or deep-tech startup.
• Experience with AI-based robotics solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
