You will implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency, working on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities within the IT Service Management suite. Your responsibilities include configuring the ServiceNow ITSM application, carrying out unit-testing and defect resolution, migrating changes to production, and assisting with technical design and documentation.

• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development
• Active TS/SCI clearance
