You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline for customer success, troubleshooting SaaS solutions and resolving complex issues. Your core impact will be ensuring customers maximize product value while collaborating with product and development teams to drive enhancements. This role offers exposure to diverse technologies and the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients like T-Mobile and ServiceNow.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot technical incidents by collecting logs and replicating issues
  • Communicate investigation progress with clients and update CRM records
  • Share best practices for utilizing and deploying Varicent products
  • Support KPI targets like SLA, QA, and resolution metrics

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with client server architecture
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications
