Description

You will lead the design, development, and execution of issuer-side dispute systems, managing cardholder disputes, chargeback lifecycles, and regulatory timelines. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive AI-first automation, mentor a high-performing team, and engage directly with enterprise customers and networks. Your work will shape the future of payments dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in engineering, 4+ years managing senior engineers or managers
• Hands-on AI-first mindset
• Deep understanding of issuer-side card and money movement disputes including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx flows
• Comfortable customer- and network-facing
• Excellent communicator who can lead cross-functional initiatives
