You'll be the first point of contact for employees and external customers seeking technical assistance for Equip's virtual eating disorder treatment platform. You'll ensure users receive prompt, effective support to resolve software issues and maintain high satisfaction. This role offers 100% remote work and the chance to grow within a supportive tech operations team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide prompt support to users experiencing product issues.
  • Troubleshoot software and platform-related problems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and collaboration skills.
