• Ship working capabilities daily and drive team velocity
• Recruit and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Make architecture decisions that scale 10-50x
• Bring product ideas from code and customer behavior

📋 Requirements

• Experience with data infrastructure and large-scale ETL/ELT
• Ability to ship daily and set engineering pace
• Track record of building and leading engineering teams
• Auto-didact who thrives in ambiguous environments

• Experience with ClickHouse, Airflow, or similar tools
• Background in cloud cost management or FinOps
