• Provide technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and office equipment
• Manage software installation and configuration
• Maintain office network and cabling

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of PC/laptop components and assembly
• Advanced Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
• English at Pre-Intermediate level or higher
