💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the airworthiness and mission readiness of developmental UAS platforms across assembly, maintenance, and flight test operations. You'll work alongside engineers and test pilots to conduct hands-on mechanical assessment and reporting. This role is central to enabling safe and efficient developmental flight tests under both civil and military frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with aircraft assembly, maintenance, and mechanical integration
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft subsystems including landing gear and propulsion
• Perform airframe construction and complete aircraft documentation
• Validate and test electronic components using multimeters and oscilloscopes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years rotorcraft experience
• Valid FAA Airframe Powerplant (A&P) license
• Proficient with computer use (browser, word processing)
• Willing to travel domestic and international as needed
